How do I choose a colleague to work with?

When creating a referral, you can choose from a number of different options:

• Invite (invite any number of users in the destination market to apply)
• Direct (send it directly to a single colleague without the need for any application process)

If you choose Invite, you will be able to choose any number of applicants who may apply or you invite to work on the referral. Note that applicants can negotiate with you on the referral commission.

If you choose Direct, the user that you send it to has the option to either accept or reject, with no negotiation.
