What is an Invite Referral?

Step 3 of creating a new referral is called "Referral Method," and it allows you to select "Invite" as an option and invite more than one prospective referral partner to apply.

Any or all of the invitees are free to respond. You will then be able to choose which referral partner you want to work with from the applicants. You then make the referral offer, and if they accept, you proceed to contract.
