What is an outbound referral?

Outbound Referrals include all referrals that you created, including those that are awaiting approval by your Referral Contact (if you have Managerial Approval enabled).

In your "My Referral" Tab, you will see Outbound Referrals that you have posted, as well as the applications received for that referral.
