What are referral status updates?

The Global Referral Network is intended to assist you in keeping your referral partners informed as the referral progresses.

Status needs to be updated as you near the end of the referral, keep track of each stage of the transaction. The Referral Contact must manually update the status of each active referral.

If the Referral Contact fails to provide an update within the timeframe specified for mandatory status updates, the referral may be deactivated. Don't worry - you will receive numerous notifications alerting you when you are approaching the deadline!
