What are Cross-brand referrals?

Cross-brand referrals allow Agents and Offices to receive referrals from all participating brands in the Referral Network. (Currently: C21, ERA, BHGRE). This allows you to increase your global reach in the real estate market and allows for greater collaboration opportunities with your Realogy colleagues.

Sotheby's Referral Network can only apply for Cross-brand referrals but none of your referrals is visible to others in the market.

Please Note: Priority is still given to agents and offices from their own brand, meaning that your <C21 / ERA/ BH&G> colleagues are given a 'head start' to apply to referrals.

After 7 days of the referral being active and if it's still not awarded, it's visible to SIR agents/offices to apply.
