How do I apply for an open market place referral?

An open market referral is one that has been sent to your market without being directed to a specific agent or office.

To apply:

• On the Dashboard screen, the Market Referrals tab shows every open market referral in your area that you can apply to work on.
• If you have been invited to apply for a referral, then it will appear on your Dashboard under the Inbound tab.
• Click on any referral that you are eligible to apply to, and click on the “Apply for this referral” button.

You can negotiate with the sending agent over the commission percentage, and you can message them about the referral.

Note: If you do not have access to this feature, that’s because your organization has chosen to allow only certain users the ability to apply for referrals. Contact your Relocation/ReferralContact and ask them to apply on your behalf.
