Your Referral Contact will then need to approve the draft, and make it live in the referral network. For incoming referrals, the Referral Contact will need to approve the incoming referral. Your Referral Contact, Broker Owners, and other authorized users will be able to see the referral activity and referral details on their own dashboards, and also generate analytics and reports on that activity.
