What is a Referral Contact?

Referral Coordinator/Contact are one of the two key user types in the Global Referral Network. They are generally responsible for overseeing the inbound and outbound flow of referrals and client relocations for a real estate office.

In the Global Referral Network, Referral Coordinator/Contact have the ability to control the access level for their office(s). This affects how all the users in their office(s) are able to interact with the network and the functionality that they have access to.

A single Referral Coordinator/Contact can cover multiple offices, and any office can have an unlimited number of Referral Contact.

Referral Coordinator/Contact can also have agent profiles, allowing them to have all the same functionality as an agent, at the same time as overseeing the referral activity for their whole office.
