How to clear Cache and Cookies
We recently deployed a new version of Global Referral Network on 5th Mar 2022. Unfortunately a constraint of the browser you’re using to access the platform has a flaw which takes time to load. It is because it relays on previously downloaded files in your cache, instead of correctly accessing the new version of the referral network .
To take advantage the new and improved functionality, some users will unfortunately need to clear their browser cache. This is a one time step, and from then you should see improved performance and loading speeds. You history and data does not need to be deleted. Only the Cache and Cookies. Here are the steps to delete the cookie and cache on your browser:
