Release Notes for the week:

• Notification: After the contract is signed by both parties, a notification is sent to both Sending and Receiving Side to inform that the referral is officially active.
• Major Referral Update: An initial status update is required from the Receiving Side within 7 days of activation.

1. If an update is provided on time, the succeeding status updates will be required every 30 days.
2. If an update is not provided on time, the referral will be deactivated. The Sending Side may choose to re-assign the referral to someone else.

This change applies to all referrals that become active after the release. Referrals that were already in Active state prior to the release will not have the required initial status update within 7 days.

• Updated filter behavior for Office Name/Agent Name in the Dashboard. Users may now search and select multiple offices/agents:
