As on15th February 2023

  • As of today, Referrals that miss the 30-day status update will no longer be automatically deactivated. Such referrals will remain Active and will be flagged with a "Status Past Due" status. The Receiving Side will be reminded once every 30 days to provide a status update, for a maximum of 24 months
  • New payment method "ACH Transfer". The Sending Side may choose this option when providing payment details for a referral that has reached Scheduled/Successful Transaction stage.
  • New filter in Analytics to filter by Successful Transaction Date. "Closed on" date range will remain filtering on Completed referrals (including payment milestones).
  • External referrals can now be filtered in Analytics, by selecting "SIR-EXTERNAL" in the "Brand" filter.

  • Cancellation reasons are now included in email notifications, including any comments added by the user while canceling a referral.


    BUG FIXES:

  • Fixed: External Receiving Agents are missing in the Analytics report
  • Fixed: Referrals put on hold, when reactivated, now, do trigger status update reminders
  • Fixed: Profile Descriptions now displaying the correct language in the Professional Directory.
